In 1959, Mr. Cheung Hai Chow founded Louie Industrial Co Ltd in Hong Kong. At first, it was a small operation producing mainly flexible PVC compound for the toys & shoes industries.

In 1978, there was a dramatic reform as we have shifted our focus to the niche market. Our products have become specially designed and formulated compounds. One of the most successful products was the US FDA approved blow bottle grade PVC compound for mineral water packaging. Apart from the product changes, we have invested in European equipments in order to keep our quality at the peak all the time.

Today, Our products are sold to all industries concentrated around the South China region. The reason of our success is generated by our years of afford in providing the best PVC solution possible to our customers. We are now operating 2 production sites. One is located in Fanling, Hong Kong and the second one is in Zhuhai, China. Both sites employ a total of almost 100 staffs.

In the future, we expect to continue our business with our quality comes in the first place. An increase in production is also in progress; new production equipments will be coming soon in first quarter of 2002.
