Introduction:

• “POLYLOU-VINYL” is a transparent injection grade rigid Polyvinyl Chloride compound.

General Characteristic:

• Specially designed for injection molding purposes
• Strong surface hardness, range from Shore D 60° to 85°
• High Impact Strength
• Highly transparent; light emission rate reaches 85%
• Flammability: UL94 (UL test Pending)

An ISO-9001/2000 training is now undergoing in the production facility of Louie Industrial Co Ltd. This newly adopt system will be put into reality in August 2001 and the management believes that examination can be carry out in late September 2001. Spokesman says: “If everything work-out according to our plan, the certificate can be issued to us as early as October, 2001.”
